About

Built for the complexity of fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia doesn't behave like other conditions. Pain varies wildly day to day. Sleep quality, stress, diet, and activity all interact in ways that are hard to track in your head. Most health apps aren't built for this.

Fibro tracks your daily symptoms, spots patterns in your health data, and warns you when a flare looks like it's building. It connects brain fog to poor sleep, pain spikes to missed rest days, and mood dips to overexertion. These are patterns that only become visible once the data's in one place.

Fibro is made by Valimia. If you have fibromyalgia, we hope it helps you make sense of what your body is doing.

Questions

What is the Fibro app?

Fibro (Fibro: Fibromyalgia Tracker, by Valimia) is a symptom tracking app for people with fibromyalgia. You log pain, fatigue, brain fog, sleep and mood in about a minute a day, record flares, and see what tends to come before your bad days.

What does Fibro track?

A daily check-in covering pain, fatigue, brain fog, morning stiffness, whether you woke rested and mood, with optional diet, exercise and period tracking, plus flares, medications and reminders. A short monthly check-in based on the ten areas of the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire gives you a 0 to 100 score to follow over time. Fibro also tracks barometric pressure, since many people notice weather changes before a flare.

Does Fibro work with Apple Health or Health Connect?

Yes, if you choose to connect it. Fibro reads steps, active energy, workouts, sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen and breathing rate (plus mindful minutes on iPhone) and lines them up with your symptoms. It never writes anything to your health app.

Is Fibro free?

Yes. Logging, flares, trends and the doctor's report are free. Fibro Premium, a subscription with a free trial, adds a weekly AI insight report and a chat where you can ask questions about your own data.

Can I share my data with my doctor?

Yes. Fibro makes a PDF report of your symptoms, flares and monthly scores that you can print or send before an appointment. It's free.

Is my health data private?

Your data is stored in the EU (Ireland), encrypted, and only you can see it. We never sell it or use it for advertising. Deleting your account in the app deletes everything. AI features only run if you turn them on.

Is Fibro a medical device?

No. Fibro helps you keep a clear record and spot your own patterns. It doesn't diagnose or treat fibromyalgia, and it doesn't replace your doctor.

Which phones and languages does Fibro support?

iPhone and Android, in English and Spanish.
