Joints and Skin, One Log
Log joint pain, fatigue, skin, itch, morning stiffness and mood in about a minute a day. Most trackers only do one side of psoriatic arthritis; Psar keeps both in the same place.
Joints Map
Optionally tap the joints that are painful or swollen today, plus swollen fingers or toes and sore spots where tendons attach, such as the heel. Region by region, not a clinical joint count.
Weekly Skin Check
A short weekly check of your skin, palms and nails. You can add photos to compare over time, and they stay on your phone: never uploaded, never sent to AI, never put in a report.
Flare Tracking
Log a flare in your joints, your skin or both, with where it is, how bad it is, and anything you think set it off, such as stress, an infection or a missed dose.
Injections and Infusions
Record each injection or infusion with the date and site, and get a reminder when the next one is due. Daily medicines get reminders too.
Health Data Sync
Reads steps, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV and workouts from Apple Health or Android Health Connect, so you can see them next to your symptoms. Psar never writes to them.
AI Insights
With your permission, a look at what your own logs show and a chat you can ask about your data in plain language. Off unless you turn it on.
